We´ve mostly been watching reality TV in our hotel rooms. But during commercial breaks, we've also managed to:
*Explore Colonia in the rain
*Get soaked in Montevideo
*Fly to Puerto Iguazu, in northern Argentina. The day we arrived, it was pouring rain, for the first time in four months we heard. But that was good, because we were here to see the Iguazu falls, and the more water the better. It was sunny today and we loved them.
*Kelly met a lot of coatis, which look like a cross between a racoon and an anteater, and like begging for food.
Also a note for the Rutters: We´ve been seeing a lot of birds that look different from the ones at home. We can´t identify them, but we can´t wait to show you the pictures.
We head back to Buenos Aires tomorrow, then fly on to Peru on Sunday. We're looking forward to Macchu Picchu. We´re also looking forward to the peanut butter we´re planning to buy at the one store that stocks it in Buenos Aires.
